I am really sorry I ordered this hose. I bought to replace a broken one for my AR Blue Clean 383, based on reviews that said it would work. That turned out not to be the case, and I had to return it. The seller charged return postage and a restocking fee, so even though I paid $24.95 I only got $14.07 back. My mistake for not insisting on getting a response from the company before ordering - posting this review to make sure others don't make the same mistake.For the price it would be hard to beat. My order arrived quickly and complete. The hose itself is pretty nice quality, especially the 2 oring connectors, which doesn't leak unlike the original that was prone to leaks. The hose material is slightly less durable than the original Troy built hose but works fine. The diameter is a tad bit smaller than the original so it happened to get by the heat shield near the muffler and got ruined by the heat. Freak accident that was my fault. As I inspected the damage to the hose it was written right on the hose to keep away from heat. I ordered another one right away. Luckily I had ordered 2 because I needed the extra length but I can manage until the new one arrives. Great buy for homeowners, for commercial use you may want to spend more.I've had this on my Karcher 2700 psi washer for about 2 weeks and and have used it 4 times. It seems at least equal in quality to the OEM hose, if not slightly better. The fittings have a double o-ring seal where the stock hose had just one. This hose seems slightly better reinforced near the fittings wear the original hose split. My only complaint is that it is prone to kinking, just like the OEM hose. Otherwise, for the price, this is a bargain. As always it showed up on my doorstep in just a few days thanks to Amazon Prime.I tried out the hose today and it did really well. I didn’t have any issues with the line kinking up like the one that came with my pressure washer. I basically use it to wash my truck so I do a lot of moving around with it.I purchased this hose after my 10+ year old hose developed a leak. I've used the replacement hose for 4 driveway and walkway jobs so far, and it works perfectly. Meets all expectations.Same as expected. Product received in good condition. Quality is good, it works as intended. Value for money spent.This hose was a good replacement for my BlackMax 2700PSI pressure washer (Sam's Club) - same fittings (although this one does have an extra o-ring), same length, same color. My only concern is that the thickness of the hose is thinner than the hose I replaced. The hose I replaced developed a leak due to rubbing on the side of my pool deck, wearing away the hose and creating a hole. With the thinner wall on this one - I'll need to be extra careful.Not as long as the original that I burnt a hole in but works well. One seal was tore when arrived but just replaced with the broken hose. Would be 5 stars if all seals were good.
