I had to read this book for a course in graduate school. I'm glad I did and will never part with it. The book is an outstanding work, highlighting an overbloated bureaucracy, but also how citizens, who either want to push the boundary of laws for their own amusement or because they think they're exceptions, create government overreach and saddle us with even more burdensome laws, as if we don't already have enough.
