Let me just start of by saying that Brubaker is my favorite Cap writer of them all! Steve Epting also does a fantastic job on this book. His style is perfect for the Sentinel of Liberty, and he stays with the book for the bulk of it! Brubaker's story is phenomenal! This book in particular is really strong, with the Winter Soldier arc, but the rest of Brubaker's run is definitey worth the read. In terms of reading order this is how I collected it:1.
