Lots of tempting recipes. We tried one so far and it was easy and turned out good.If you need one Mexican cookbook, this is for you. Fills the need for beginners and pros alike. I've been cooking Mexican food for ages, and this has many surprises that were simple and helpful.Was a Christmas gift for a family member. Great recipes. I may ask for one for my birthday.What I like about this recipe is the narrative that tells the reader: "Why this recipe works". There is a wealth of information in this book, including photographs of each step. I have learned to make tamales, empanadas and many other Mexican favorites. Highly recommend!As an owner of several America's Test Kitchen, was happy to add their Best Mexican Recipes to the group. Lots of photos and, as always, lots of tools and information to produce a wonderful dish.
