It's almost perfect. I love it. I only wish the writing could be a little larger, but that certainly does not take away from the beauty of the pin. It's just as represented.I purchased these as a gift for my staff. As a new administrator for a small staff, I wanted to give a gift they could enjoy, as well as show my appreciation for their good work. It's been more than a year now, and they still wear it, almost daily! Money well spent.
