This book is written for fourth graders in American schools. The commentary is well written, but the belief in “cause and effect” is reversed. For example, the effect of more children raised by single parents in America than parental couples.The cause must be white privilege because most dual parent families in America have non-black skin. It is white privilege that makes a child have two parents.Therefore, the effect is more children raised in two parent white homes than single parent black homes.Logically, the effect does not make the cause.
